Tom’s Personal Training:  I workout 2-3 times a week, and I focus on strength training.  I use the HIT (High Intensity Training) Method of training and I’ve been working out this way for over 6 years.

Fitness-Related Interests:  Outside of the gym I really like to stay active.  I play a lot of golf, and I also enjoy playing basketball.

Achievements: 7 years of Personal Training.

I worked my clients just the same as I workout myself, very intense and brief workouts.  I workout 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes just like my clients.  I train people of all ages, from high-school athletes to 70 year-old retired individuals.

Bryan’s Personal Training:  I am very open minded to trying various types of training to experience the pro’s and con’s of the protocol.  I believe training should be: Intense, Consistent, Controlled, and Smart.

Fitness-Related Interests:  Football, mixed martial arts, snowboarding, wakeboarding, sports conditioning and preparation.

Achievements:  Have 1st client that I started with, and majority of clients have been with me for 3+ years

Fitness has always been a part of me in and out of the gym.  Being fit and healthy shouldn’t be a fad or short-term, it should be a long-term lifestyle.
