One-on-one Nutrition Counseling might better suit your needs if you don’t like group settings or have schedule conflicts.  One-on-one counseling provides you with a  “nutrition action plan”.  This plan will compliment your current exercise program by increasing your metabolism through eating more balanced meals and making healthier food choices.  Our program provides you with the accountability necessary to achieve your goals.  In a relatively short amount of time you will see the benefits:

The first consultation is 90 minutes and includes the initial assessment, FBD Food Journal, and Calorie Guidebook.  The cost is $120.00.  After this first consultation we can meet with you on a monthly basis (one time per week) to hold you accountable, provide guidance, and chart your progress for a monthly fee of $140.00.

Fat Loss Nutrition Boot Camp

This program is offered in a group setting, but focuses on individual goal setting, creating a detailed action plan, healthy eating education and food preparation demonstrations, and accountability through meetings and phone calls.  Daily self-monitoring and using the materials we provide to all participants is required.

GROUP FAT LOSS PROGRAM - Rob will set up a Fat Loss Plan for you in a group setting. You may sign up for a 6 week program or a 12 week program. Each program includes a Start-up Meeting and weekly on-going meetings.

The cost for on-going participants is $100.00 and includes on-going instruction materials, 5 meetings, and a full body composition package.
