Personal Training

Our goal is to give you a fitness program that motivates you and gives you the results you want.  We accomplish this using an abundance of tools and knowledge available to us. 

Each program begins with a one-on-one consultation.  Here the trainer will get to know you better by discussing with you, in-depth, your health history, exercise history, nutrition history and fitness goals.  Beginning measurements are part of our fitness package and these include a Tanita Body Composition (Fat%)Measurement, Circumference Measure, and Body Weight Measurement.

After the consultation, your fitness consultant will customize a program to fit your abilities and goals.

You have many options at Fitness by Design.  Here are just a few of the tailored programs we do on a daily basis.

Start-Up Consultation
60 minutes – $60

One-time Consultation
(Includes consultation, program design with measurement package & 30 minutes of training time.)
90 minutes – $100

One-On-One Strength Training
30 minutes – $30*

One-On-One Combination Training
(Combines strength, cardio, and/or agility training.)
60 minutes – $60*

Team Strength Training
30 minutes – $45*

Team Combination Training
(Combines strength, cardio and/or agility training.)
60 minutes – $90*
